New Age Protection, Inc. (New Age) provides this website located at newageacademy.com (“the Site”) to enable consumers to access and request information about New Age’s services, to submit materials in connection with New Age’s services, and to utilize any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by New Age in connection with the Site (collectively, the “New Age Services”).

Your information may be deleted without warning if we believe that you are less than 18 years of age. The Site and New Age Services are for personal use only.

When using this Site, New Age requires users to respect the intellectual property rights we have in the Site’s contents, such as text, graphics, and images (the “Site Material”).

  3. Submission of such materials to New Age does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any person.
  4. You hereby grant to New Age a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, right and license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute materials you submit to the Site. The license you grant to New Age is fully paid and royalty-free (meaning that New Age is not required to pay you for the use of the materials you submit), sublicensable (so that New Age is able to provide the materials for use by its affiliates and subcontractors), and worldwide.

While we encourage you to contact us through the Site to inquire about or utilized the New Age Services, New Age cannot be responsible for the security or privacy of your personally identifying information or any materials you submit to New Age, nor does New Age guarantee the security or privacy of your personally identifying information or materials you submit. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts situated in Virginia with respect to any dispute, disagreement, or cause of action related to or involving this Site. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
